Goodbye September; Hello October

Thoughts and Quotes: Those who make the worst use of their time are the first to complain of its brevity.
                                             Jean de La Bruyere

You talkin' to me? I seem to be gommin' and piddlin' (Ozark talk) lately and accomplishing little, but the mulch is finished, so take a look. I thought it would never end. I got out my plat map, and my back yard is 163' across. Thankfully, it's a wedge, so my sides and front are a lot easier to handle.

I need a vacation, and I'm taking one - end of November. Here it is.

The Question of the Week: Why is our southern border open? Is it really because the Socialists need more voters because they can't attract new voters due to their weird agenda, or something more sinister? Perhaps it's part of Stage 2 of how to form a Totalitarian government. And Biden, Harris, Schumer, and Pelosi should read Stage Four.

Stage One: Demoralization – Elimination of American Exceptionalism, fundamental change of national identity, structural deconstruction of foundational principles, elimination of religion. Embedding a new societal design upon the psyche of generations through ideological academia. Peer pressure by elites upon academics and society to convince that prior values were inherently flawed, racist, prejudiced etc. National identity is diluted with aspersions toward historical references. National history is re-written, re-defined, and molded to fit the new intended behavioral model and create the new values.

Stage Two: Crisis – Creation of economic, financial, and national security crisis. Also includes social crisis and breakdown of previous self-evident restrictions on moral behavior. Cloward Piven approach to overloading the system, ie more takers than producers. The crisis produces benevolent leaders who will promise to deliver “things” (Hope and Change) to meet people’s needs through Social and Economic Justice. False illusions that the situation is under control if certain strategic directions are followed (Bailouts, Stimulus, Jobs Bills, Regulations of industry, Unconstitutional Power Grabs, Dismissal of Historical Laws, Changes in legislative processes, Changes in checks and balances of power etc).

Stage Three: Normalization – The uncomfortable feelings of change including losses of freedom are absorbed and accepted. Lost national identity becomes accepted as the norm within the new societal model. A period of national rebranding transition where people are so overwhelmed by the change they become numb and begin to accept a ‘new normal’. This period of normalization lasts indefinitely as the progression is continually advanced and acceptance takes place in small controlled doses. (New limits on behavior, Regulations, TSA Patdowns, Intrusions into privacy, Controls into daily life) These things begin to be accepted as “just the way it is now”..

Stage Four: Destabilization – Unlike the period of “Crisis” the people who helped orchestrate the change are now no longer needed. The new overarching centralized governmental model begins to take control. Leftist usurpers who initially thought they were going to be part of the new power structure begin to realize they were used and manipulated and they themselves become the new enemy. Because they have first hand knowledge of the agenda they are the primary target for elimination. They may simply be disregarded, obfuscated, thrown out, or they may be collected, imprisoned, or worse killed. There is no longer room for dissention. Dissent is only possible within the free system that has now been deconstructed. Therefore the leftist purpose is served once the destabilization is complete. Totalitarian Government takes control.

And don't buy into that nonsense about how the illegals will work and pay taxes. We spend billions on their housing, schools, medical, welfare, and they contribute little. A lot of their money is paid "under the table" so employers can pay less and avoid payroll taxes, etc. so the illegals don't have to claim the income either.

And they don't spend their money here. Here's a link from Mexico itself showing their largest source of income is money from foreign counties, mostly USA. Old numbers from 2017, so I'm sure the figure is higher now. Scroll to the bottom to see how they're mocking us. HERE.

That's all I have, but before I go, I wanted to let you know that Friend Jean told me that yes, Mike's caterpillar from the September 21 post will be a Monarch butterfly and mine will be a Black Swallowtail. Such a clever lady. She actually raises Monarchs to release back into nature.

Introduction and Explanation of the T's

Strawberry Tea

About Me and the T’s

ABOUT ME:
I’m Patsy from Nixa, Missouri, and I just want to leave a trail.  I tried journaling, but I blab too much.  I tried doing a photo a day, but some days the photos were boring.  A blog is my newest attempt, and I’m hoping that having a “to do” list will get me off the couch.  Time is flying, and my T’s are many.  I’ll pick some goals to work on each week, and then I won’t be stressed because I’m thinking about the entire list (which seems insurmountable).

If you’d like to come along and try some of the T’s, by all means, join me.

ABOUT THE TO DO LIST T’S:
Tablescapes, Teas, and Theme Dining are books in progress.  This will be on my list every week.

Tasting could be a new recipe I want to try, or it might be a dining experience I wish to explore or record, or a VECC lunch.

Things that grow is all about plants, of course; in the house, in the yard, in the garden.

Thread refers to the projects I’ve started or wish to start; embroidery, crochet, sewing.

Thrifting will be a record of my bargain finds or money-saving tips I want to try.

Tickety-Boo in Canada means “going quickly”; these are things I can accomplish fast-fast-fast.

Tidying will be my cleaning goals, and they’re screaming for attention.

Togs are my many, many unused clothes, so building new outfits right from my closets.

Trimming and thinning will be about exercise and shedding pounds.  (Necessary for Togs).

Trips are little jaunts I can do in a day.

Trying new gadgets speaks for itself.  I love to buy them, but then I don’t use them.

Time for others – Phone calls, letters, cards, entertaining, helping, and volunteering.

Tunes – Converting my LP’s to digital music.

Television – Watching my collection of old VHS tapes so I can pass them on.

ABOUT THE MISCELLANEOUS T’S:
Tales are the books I read.  I track them in Excel, but there’s not enough room for little reviews.

Temptations are all around us.  Guess I need to confess when I succumb.

Thoughts and quotes are the things I come across which I feel are worth saving.

Tidbits are little snippets I can’t fit anywhere else.

Tips – of all kinds.

Time Savers I find and wish to remember.

Travel is really travel, not Trips from above.  Travel means I hit the road and sleep in hotels.

First post will be December 27, 2015
