Happy Autumn

Thoughts and QuotesLeaves are falling, frost is near; fall’s my favorite time of year. Unknown

No, it's not officially fall, but my fall starts September 1. Yes, fall is my favorite time of year. Niece Terri and Friend Martha have already decorated for autumn, so I believe I'm not the only one who loves this season. Martha even has a tree. This is her family room when she was my neighbor, and I miss her because she moved back home to Alabama.

The Pepper and Pals Report: I have kittens. There were four, but down to three - two little rebels and a gray tuxedo. Hopefully they're big enough now to survive. And the good news is that Dr. Hardy says they can accept BJ now if I can trap her after the kittens are weaned. The photos aren't great, because I took them through either a screen or a window which has film on it.

I caught them piled up in Grandpa's flowerpot this morning.

He thinks this is his exclusive property. He wandered in one day, found food, and decided to stay. He stays right on the patio; goes under the hedge to keep cool, but never leaves my backyard.

This morning, I left the slider open when I went out with breakfast, and Tobin slipped in the house. I had just enough time to get a photo before Stormy chased him back outside.

Stormy still has trouble relaxing.

Pepper gets really peeved when she gets on HIS couch.

Teaching Learning: Friend Mim sent me this video about slavery. It's only five minutes and extremely informative. Click HERE.

I ran across this website because I was looking for state maps. With all the tools available today, I'm surprised that more parents aren't home schooling, considering the Socialist and Woke propagandas the public schools are pushing. Take a look HERE.

Tales: I'm reading the third book of Diane Moody's WWII trilogy and highly recommend all books. I've learned about things other than the battles, with an enjoyable background story as well. All three can be read with Kindle Unlimited or purchased as Kindle or paperbacks. My library consortium has only one of the books (probably because they're not in hardback), but you could try yours.

Truth?: Does anyone know the real fate of the dogs left in Kabul? Take a look HERE.  If you know what really happened, please let me know.

A six-minute video of Mark Levin's take on the operation. You need to see this. Click HERE.

What are the chances the people left behind will be allowed to leave? This video is only two minutes and from CNN. Click HERE.

Something to make you smile, ten minutes long - HERE.

I've started work on Day 4 of the China trip and hope to post it this week.
